Your full credit card details are processed and stored securely by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. We store only your subscription status, plan type, subscription dates, and Stripe customer ID in our database.

Automatically collected data: Device and browser type, IP address, pages viewed, time spent on pages, and approximate geographic location via cookies and analytics tools.

These transactional emails are not marketing and cannot be opted out of while you maintain an active subscription.

Payment Processing & Stripe

All subscription payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 compliant payment processor. Stripe collects and securely stores your full payment card details. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes.

Subscription data: If you cancel your subscription, we retain your account data (email, name, subscription history) for up to 12 months to facilitate resubscription. Payment method details are managed and deleted by Stripe according to their retention policies. You may request complete account deletion by emailing support@sheargeniussociety.com.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to opt out of certain data uses. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@sheargeniussociety.com.
