Our Intellectual Property

Shear Genius Society, Ltd Co. is the sole owner and copyright holder of all original content on this platform, including interactive games, question sets, study materials, worksheets, bingo cards, flashcard decks, board prep exams, practical simulations, branding, and source code. All content is digitally watermarked and legally protected.

Reporting Infringement (DMCA Takedown)

If you believe SGS content has been copied and posted elsewhere without authorization, send a DMCA notice to our designated agent including:

• Your full legal name, address, phone, and email
• Description of the copyrighted work infringed
• URL or location of the infringing content
• Statement of good faith belief that the use is unauthorized
• Statement under penalty of perjury that your notice is accurate
• Your electronic or physical signature

We respond to valid DMCA notices within 5 business days.

Counter-Notification

If you believe content was removed in error, submit a counter-notification to legal@sheargeniussociety.com with your name, address, the removed content description, a good faith statement, and your signature. We will forward it to the complainant and may restore content within 10–14 business days.

Repeat Infringer Policy

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for repeat infringement. Accounts associated with confirmed copyright violations will be permanently terminated without refund.

False Claims

Under 17 U.S.C. §512(f), knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing may result in liability for damages. We reserve the right to pursue damages from anyone submitting a fraudulent notice.
